From 11-13th November 2022, over 70 heritage advocates and professionals from around the country gathered in Auckland to share ideas, opportunities and risks for heritage in New Zealand.

The theme for the conference was Harsh Reality: Current Challenges to Historic Heritage in New Zealand. Members from Historic Places Aotearoa and members from ICIMOS attended with a range of speakers over both days.
